TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to KongQuest. These terms are an agreement between you and KongQuest ("KongQuest", "we", "us") and they apply whenever you use kongquest.app, kongquest.com.au, or any KongQuest service connected to your account (together, "the Platform").

1. Your account

  1. You create an account by signing up on the Platform. By signing up you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
  2. Give us accurate information and keep your login details secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  3. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must create the account on your behalf and agree to these terms for you. By creating an account for a child, you confirm you are their parent or guardian.
  4. One person, one account. Accounts cannot be sold, shared, or transferred.

2. Memberships and payments

  1. Parts of the Platform are free. Paid memberships show their price, currency, and billing frequency at the point of purchase, renew automatically, and can be cancelled any time from your account settings, taking effect at the end of the billing period.
  2. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  3. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

3. Training, movement, and physical risk

  1. KongQuest provides education and community around parkour and movement. Parkour is a physically demanding activity and carries real risk of injury.
  2. Any training you do based on Platform content is voluntary and at your own risk. Train within your ability, check your environment is safe, use appropriate supervision for children, and get medical advice before starting a new exercise program if you have health concerns.
  3. Platform content is general education. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for in-person coaching or supervision.
  4. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from physical activity you choose to do. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

4. Your content

  1. You keep ownership of everything you post: posts, comments, videos, showreels.
  2. By posting, you give KongQuest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share your content on the Platform and in KongQuest marketing. You can ask us to stop using a specific piece of content in marketing at any time.
  3. You promise your content is yours to post and does not break any law or the community rules below. If it shows a person under 16, you must be their parent or guardian or have their parent or guardian's permission.

5. Community rules

  1. Be respectful. No bullying, harassment, hate, or abuse.
  2. No dangerous-dare culture. Encourage progression within ability, never pressure others into attempts beyond their level.
  3. No spam or self-promotion outside the areas built for it.
  4. No illegal content, and no posting other people's private information.
  5. Respect locations. Content showing trespass or property damage may be removed.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules, without warning for serious or repeated breaches.

6. XP, levels, ranks, and badges

Progression features are part of the experience of the Platform. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and may be adjusted or rebalanced as the Platform evolves.

7. Our content

Everything we create on the Platform (lessons, videos, programs, level structures, names, logos, design) belongs to KongQuest or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own training. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or teach from our paid materials without written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Platform available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Platform will evolve, and we may update these terms. For meaningful changes we will give notice on the Platform or by email.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Your information is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. General

KongQuest is operated from New South Wales, Australia, and you may access the Platform from anywhere in the world. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are, and you may only use the Platform where it is lawful to do so.
